Benefits – Corporate Associates

Joining the Acro team means having access to world-class benefits from some of the finest providers in the business.

To enroll in benefits, eligible employees must enroll via Dayforce within 30 days of hire. Per Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations, all eligible employees will be offered ACA-compliant health insurance plans. Per IRS regulations, plan elections cannot be changed until the next annual open enrollment period, unless you experience a mid-year qualified status change (e.g. birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, death or change in other coverage). During Acro's open enrollment period, you will have the opportunity to review your family situation to decide which options will best suit your family's needs for the next plan year.

If you have questions about your benefits or want to inquire about changing your plan elections due to a mid-year qualified status event, please do not hesitate to contact our Benefits Department at: 734-542-4301. All qualified status changes must be reported within 30 days of the event in order to make changes to your elections.

This is an overview of the benefit plans available at Acro Service Corporation. Actual benefits will be paid in accordance with the carrier contracts and any amendments to those contracts in place at the time of the claim. Please refer to your benefit booklets for details regarding your coverage, including benefit limitations and exclusions. Acro Service Corporation reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate any plan at any time.

Benefits – Contract Associates

Acro realizes benefits are an important part of the career decisions you make! With the rising costs of healthcare, it’s important to partner with a company that offers benefits that provide peace of mind for you and your family.

As a Contract Associate, the benefits available to you will vary based on Affordable Care Act (ACA), state, local and client regulations/guidelines. All health insurance plans offered are ACA compliant. Benefit packages will be pre-determined based on Acro's contract with the client; contract employees will be informed of eligibility prior to their start date.

Looking for Extra $? ACRO can help!

Acro Service Corporation has established a referral bonus program for its employees. How it works is simple. If you know anyone who is looking for a job and you refer them to Acro and we are able to place them in a new position, you can earn some easy cash.

Facts about referral bonuses:

  1. Referrals are paid 90 days after employment start date of your referral.
  2. Referred employee must work at least 90 days or 520 hours (whichever occurs later) in order for referee to be eligible for the bonus.
