To enroll in benefits, eligible employees must enroll via Dayforce within 30 days of hire. Per Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations, all eligible employees will be offered ACA-compliant health insurance plans. Per IRS regulations, plan elections cannot be changed until the next annual open enrollment period, unless you experience a mid-year qualified status change (e.g. birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, death or change in other coverage). During Acro's open enrollment period, you will have the opportunity to review your family situation to decide which options will best suit your family's needs for the next plan year.

All qualified status changes must be reported within 30 days of the event in order to make changes to your elections.
