expanding their internal staff. Acro provides qualified and
screened employees for the client to choose from. During the term
of employment, the selected employee will receive all the fringe
benefits normally received by an internal employee. Acro also
handles all employer responsibilities such as mandatory employer taxes
and insurance while the employee is working at our client's facility.
Temp to Hire
This option allows the client to review an employee's work
performance for a predefined length of time before hiring the
employee. As an added benefit, Acro will remain the employer of
record until the client hires the candidate. As an Acro client,
you may hire the employee without penalty or additional fees once the
"Temp to Hire" time frame has elapsed.
